While floral workshops, freelancing, and hands-on experience help us grow our practical skills, they rarely touch on the other side of the business – the part that involves building a brand, driving consistent profitability and creating systems that support long-term growth.

That’s why, from December 2025 to February 2026, Jen is offering an extremely limited number of places on her 1:1 Guided Growth Programme.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with Jen over a dedicated four month period, with tailored support designed to help you strengthen the foundations of your business and grow with purpose.

It will be especially valuable for those who recognise the benefit of working alongside someone with deep, first-hand experience across all areas of the floral industry – and those who are ready to grow with guidance, clarity and intention.
What can I expect?
The Guided Growth Programme is a bespoke mentoring experience, tailored to the specific needs and goals of your business. While every journey will look slightly different, each programme is built around a core structure of in-depth, one-to-one support.
You can expect a combination of strategic planning, practical insight, and personal accountability – all designed to help you move forward with renewed motivation, clear direction and inspired confidence.
- Kick-Off Session (half day)
Your programme begins with an in-person kick-off session, where you and Jen will take a deep dive into your business so far, covering everything from your brand identity and booking process to your current ways of working.
- Monthly Mentoring Sessions (3 hours each)
Across four dedicated in-person sessions (one per month), you’ll explore the key areas identified in your initial meeting in greater depth.
- Check-In Calls (30 minutes each)
Between sessions, you’ll have regular check-in calls with Jen to keep momentum going.
- Final Project & Review Session (1 hour, online)
At the end of the programme, you’ll complete a final project designed to consolidate your learning.

The finer details
Each Guided Growth Programme is delivered on a 1:1 basis. Every Programme is priced on a bespoke basis for each individual, with a starting price of £3,300+VAT. Jen will only be taking on a very limited number of mentees during this period, so please do get in touch if you’d like to be considered for a place on the Programme.
Please note that the in-person meetings and sessions would take place in the Cotswolds with the exception of the final project. If in-person sessions cannot take place in the Cotswolds, travel will be charged for additionally. The kick-off session would require upfront payment, with each of the following sessions being invoiced separately. Please note that Liberty Lane cannot give any specific financial or legal advice.
